- Rating 5.0The employees were so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They showed no frustration with my three year old who was definitely enjoying herself selecting many toys and items for our dog and basically touching and wanting everything. It was a warm welcome from the unfriendly shopping experience I have had at another local store. We ended up making a game out of finding where the items went back on the shelves and the manager seemed surprised and offered to do it for us.

members of the pet industry! - Rating 3.0Staff was friendly. A nice variety of treats and food, albeit pricey. However, since we no longer get rewards, we don’t go there very much. We used to go there a lot before. Loyalty programs provide an incentive to regularly return to the same place. Since we don’t have that, we look for other sources that are less expensive for getting supplies and treats.
