Hollywood Feed (formerly PetPeople) is a natural and holistic pet specialty retail store in Columbus, OH. We offer the highest quality dog and cat foods, USA-made treats, toys, beds, and more! To offer the best customer service, our Feed Team sales associates receive over 40 hours of training from veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists each year. Hollywood Feed is committed to helping pet owners make informed decisions about the products they buy for their four-legged family members. Store Manager
Heather is the store manager of the Upper Arlington, OH Hollywood Feed. She has always been an animal lover and spent some time right out of college working at a horse farm and coaching a middle and high school equestrian team. After that, she entered the retail world working in human food service. Her history with horses and people food have set her up for success in working with pets and people and having a good understanding of nutrition. She loves problem solving and finding the right food for your pet! When Heather is not at work, she likes hanging out with her old lady Husky, Mush, her one-eyed Siamese cat, Kitty Boy, and taking them (the cat, too!) for hikes, and doing lots of reading.

- Rating 2.0You didn’t have the product I came in for, although you do carry it. Pet People employees would go out of their way to find other options, call other stores to find it, or at least be apologetic that they were out. Just yelling “no, we don’t have it” from across the store does not impress me. When you were Pet People, I didn’t mind paying more than other pet stores, because I wanted knowledgeable staff. I might as well switch to Chewy.com and save the gas.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your review. The store associates at the Upper Arlington location strive to provide each customer a memorable shopping experience. We are disappointed that you weren't able to pick up your favorite items. Our purchasing department continually works with the manufacturers on product availability, potential delays, and replacement products when necessary and it does appear that the Bark n' Bakery bulk treats will be back in stores soon.
