Hollywood Feed is a natural and holistic pet specialty retail store in Chapel Hill, NC. We offer the highest quality dog and cat foods, USA-made treats, toys, beds, and more! To offer the best customer service, our Feed Team sales associates receive over 40 hours of training from veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists each year. Hollywood Feed is committed to helping pet owners make informed decisions about the products they buy for their four-legged family members.

Barbara has worked in the pet nutrition industry for over five years. She has a very spoiled pup at home named Rosie, who is a five-year-old rescue. She and her team would love for you to come visit and become part of the Hollywood Feed family, so feel free to stop by store 96 in Chapel Hill. Barbara always has great product recommendations and would be happy to help you and your pup in whatever way possible!

- Rating 1.0I cant come to your location due to the incense or whatever is being burned that gives me an instant headache. Thought you should know.Response from Hollywood FeedDecember 3, 2022Thank you Pat for reaching out to us. I am so sorry for your experience. I am escalating this complaint to our Regional Manager. The scent is from a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. This is to keep away different pet odors out of stores. Our regional managers do store inspections every month and one of the items to be checked is the scent machine. Your complaint has also been sent to the Operations Manager. If you would like to reach out to the Regional Manager, Mary Carter, by email you can do so at marycarter@hollywoodfeed.com. Again, we are very sorry for your less than exemplary visits, and hope that you will continue to shop at Hollywood Feed.
