To offer the best customer service, our Feed Team sales associates receive over 40 hours of training from veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists each year. - Rating 5.0We love this place. We use the dog wash. We showed up at 6:35, for the record they close the dog wash one hour before closing time so it should have been closed. The gal working,Kate, was so amazing allowing us to wash Ruby. This means the world to us since we live 30 minutes away in the country. Now we know what time so show up. Thanks Kate.

- Rating 5.0I love using Pet People for my own pets but also because of the support they have provided to my non-profit organization! Between helping with food donations to running monetary fundraisers on our behalf to hosting adoption events - their continued support has been critical to our success and ability to help more cats and the people who care for them. Plus, the products they have are great AND they will price match Chewy and Amazon, etc - so you can go there and pay the same price you would online AND get friendly service from the people who work there. Feedback from our customers is exceptionally important, as it helps us to learn where we need to improve. Our stores strive to provide the best possible customer experience in the industry. Therefore, I am sorry to hear that your grooming experience at our Lee's Summit location has missed the mark. We use the Air Force Command Speed dryers in our self wash stations because they use the temperature of the surrounding air to dry pets coats, in order to ensure that no pets get overheated and that there is no irritation to pets skin. Generally speaking it’s the air force not the heat that’s doing the drying. I have made sure to escalate your complaint to the Regional Manager of this location, Deonte Barbee so that they check that our dryer is functioning properly at our Germantown store. Please reach out to them directly at deontebarbee@hollywoodfeed.com with more details so that we can work to correct the problem.
