To offer the best customer service, our Feed Team sales associates receive over 40 hours of training from veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists each year. Allie has been with the company since 2019 and has loved every minute of it! She was born and raised here in Lawrenceville GA and is currently studying to get her degree in Zoology. She's a huge animal lover with a total of 10 at home… and counting. "This company is my second home and I hope to share that with you when you come in to see us!" says Allie.

I would cut the ears in half so they'd last longer. When I shopped there a few days ago, the ears are cut in half but the same price. We do not actually sell any cow or pig ears that are cut in half, we only sell whole ears. Some size variations within specific products can occur because they are natural chews. The difference in size you're referring to may be between different products. We do have a variety of cow and pig ears that are prepared differently, as well as some that come in jumbo sizes. I dropped a couple of stars because they had a deal where every 10th bag of dog food is free (or something along those lines) and I was repeatedly told that every time I came by managers and employees. This last visit, as I'm already like 6 bags in, I'm told that it doesn't apply to the Blue dog food I'm buying. They said it's up to the vendor to participate, which was never brought up before. It was one of the main reasons why I stopped buying dog food on Amazon and went here instead. Not sure if I'll stay or not if there's now no benefit. And coupons for anything that I buy are pretty much non-existent. Guess I have a month to decide if I'm going back to Amazon.Response from Hollywood FeedJanuary 17, 2023Hi, Chris! The price match isn't going anywhere either. As far as coupons go, if you sign up for our text club by texting HF010 to 54170, you get 10% off with the first coupon and we send coupons periodically throughout the year.
